5^3x/5^-4 × 25/5^4=5^20/5^12

 \frac{ {5}^{3x} }{ {5}^{ - 4} }  \times  \frac{25}{ {5}^{4} }  =  \frac{ {5}^{20} }{ {5}^{1 2} }  \\  {5}^{3x + 4}  \times  {5}^{2 - 4}  =  {5}^{20 - 12} \\  {5}^{3x + 4 + 2 - 4}  =  {5}^{8}  \\  {5}^{3x + 2 }  =  {5}^{8}  \\ 3x + 2 = 8 \\ 3x = 8 - 2 \\ 3x = 6 \\ x = 2
