5/4 is diameter not radius of the circle. radius should be half of it i.e. 5/8.

Yes, The radius of a circle is half of its diameter.
And if the diameter is (5/4) then radius will be
=(5/4)(1/2)
=5/8
And if the diameter is (5/4) then radius will be
=(5/4)(1/2)
=5/8
