Given sequence '

5 , -5 , 5 , -5 ,....

a2 - a1 = -5 - 5 = -10

a3 - a2 = 5 - ( -5 ) = 5 + 5 = 10

Therefore ,

a2 - a1 ≠ a3 - a2

Difference of two successive terms

are not equal in the sequence.

Given sequence is not an A.P
