Multiplying 1st and last term we get 75.

Now we have to find two numbers such that by multiplying we get 75 and by adding or subtracting the numbers we should get 20.

By taking LCM of 75 the two numbers that we required are 15 and 5.

5√5x^2 + 20x + 3√5
(5√5x^2 + 15x) + ( 5x + 3√5)
√5x(5x + 3√5) + 1(5x + 3√5)
(5x + 3√5) (√5x + 1)
