To add 2 fractions, thier denominator needs to be same

Taking LCM ( lowest common multiple)
= of 6 and 8 is 24
= 5/6 = 5 x 4 / 6 x 4 = 20 /24
= 7/8 = 7 x 3 / 8 x 3 = 21 / 24

= 21/24 + 20/24 = 41/24
Hope this was helpful pls mark me as brainliest i will be ranked genius pls
