In the given series we can see that to get the third number of each column we should multiply the first number of each column with 2 and then subtracted with middle number. 

Confused?  This is as simple as such

The series is like this :
1st Row : 2 X 5(1st number) - 7(middle number = 3
2nd Row : 2 X 20 - 30 = 10 
3rd Row : 2 X 95 - 45 = 145
