Answer:

let each child will get rupees X for I year

so sumit gets = 25x

and kabir gets = 20x

25x + 20x = 360000

45x = 360000

X= 360000÷45

X = 800

Kabir gets = 20×8000= 160000

sumit gets = 25×8000=200000

Answer: Sumit =Rs 2,00,000 and Kabir Rs 1,60,000

Step-by-step explanation:

Total amount is=Rs 3,60,000

sumit is 25 years old and kabir is 20 years old

so the amount is distributed based on their age, meaning it is divided on the basis of the ration of the ages

so, Kabir's age: Sumit's age = 25: 20 = 5:4

(Sum of the ratio of sumit and kabir = total money)

so, 5x + 4x = 3,60,000

⇒ 9x = 3,60,000

⇒x =40,000

so, sumit will get 5x = 5* 40,000=Rs 2,00,000

and kabir will get 4x = 4* 40,000=Rs 1,60,000
