please not that –
* = square
^ = cube

radius of ice cream container = diameter ÷ 2 = 6 cm
hieght of container = 15 cm

volume of ice cream in one container
= πr*h
= π(6)*×15
= 540π

total volume of 5 such container
= volume of one container × 5
= 540π × 5
= 2700π

volume of ice cream serving structure
= volume of hemisphere + volume of cone
= 2/3πr^ + 1/3πr*h
= 1/3πr*( 2r + h )
= 1/3π(3)*(2×3+1)
= 1/3π×9×18
= 54π

to get no. of cones to be filled...
divide volume of 5 container by volume of ice cream serving structure
= 2700π ÷ 54π
= 50

50 cones

I hope this will help you and please figure out yourself about the values of the person
