Difference between Bhangar and Khadar:
- Bhangar is old alluvial wheras khadar is new
- The areas aroung bhangar are well drained while khadar are formed by fresh deposits
- Bhangar soil areas lies quitely above the limits of flood while khadar do not
- Khadar soil comprises of silt mud and clay ' while Bhangar soil contains silt , mud and clay
