Harmful change is when the weather changes  from summer to a very intense winter with high rainfall capacities which may bring along saturation of the soil and in the process due to poor drainage systems flood finally occurs  and causing harmful effects to both plants and animals thus destroying their natural habitat and sending them stranded.
