D=12㎝⇒r= 6cm

θ /360°  ×2πr+2r=58㎝⇒ θ / 360° ×2×  22 /7×6+2×6=58

198θ /360°×7 +9=58⇒θ

=  7×360° /198  (58−9)

=623.64°

Area= θ / 360°   ×πr  2  

= 623.64° /360° 22/7  ×6×6

=110.25㎠
