2 \: and \:  \frac{2  + 3}{1 + 1} \: and \: 3 \\

2 \: and \:  \frac{5 }{2}  \: and \: 3 \\

2 \: and \:  \frac{2 + 5}{1 + 2}  \: and \:  \frac{5}{2}  \: and \:  \frac{5 + 3}{2 + 1}  \: and \: 3 \\

2 \: and \:  \frac{7}{3}  \: and \:  \frac{5}{2}  \: and \:  \frac{8}{3}  \: and \: 3 \\

and so on..

Note:

You have to add numerator to numerator and denominator to denominator.

e.g

if a/b and c/d are two rational numbers then rational number between them is given as:

 \frac{a + c}{b + d}\\
