Hey user !!

Here is your answer !!

☆_________________________________________☆

Put value of x as -4 in the equation

(-4)^2-(-4)-(2k+2)=0

16+4-2k-2=0

20-2-2k=0

18-2k=0

18=2k

k=18/2

k=9

Hope it is satisfactory :-)

Hey

Here is your answer,

To find the value of k, just substitute -4 in the place of x.

X^2 -x- (2k+2)=0

(-4)^2 -(-4) - (2k+2)=0

16+4-2k-2=0

20-2k-2=0

18-2k=0

-2k=-18

k=-18/-2

k=9.

Hope it helps you!
