Without Governments, each area would be ruled by gangs or Warlords, like Somalia is. Whomever was the most ruthless and could field the most thugs would rule
If they wanted your car they would just take it. If they wanted the home you live in they would just move in and kick you out, if you objected they would simply kill you.
Banks would open, take your money for a period of time, then simply fold and walk away with your savings, and there would be NOTHING you could do to get it back.
No one would ship goods to other areas because there is no way they could get their money for the goods. Say goodbye to bananas and other goods from South America.
You would have to kill to get gasoline for your car, because there simply wouldn’t be enough in your local region to share it. Again no one is going to ship oil if they cant be guaranteed to get the money at the other end.
No one would be building roads or railways or even airports, And forget about any project like electrical generators or distribution sub stations as well. What roads you do have would eventually fall apart and never be rebuilt.
If there isn’t enough food grown in your area to feed the population there would be huge riots as people starved. Large cities would eventually have to be abandoned because no one would maintain them. Trash would be mountains of refuse in old vacant lots or school yards. Schools would close, Hospitals would close.
