what is the probability of ‘not E' ?​

as P(E) is probability of event E

and P(F) is probability of event not E

then, P(E) + P(F) = 1

so, 2/7+ P(F)=1

P(F)=1 - 2/7

=7/7-2/7

=5/7

so the answer is 2/7
