Answer: 80/13 days .

Step-by-step explanation:

A does the work in 10 days

∴ A does 1/10th of the work in 1 day

B does the work in 16 days .

∴ B does 1/16th of the work in 1 day .

∴ In 1 day A and B together does - (1/10 + 1/16) = (8 + 5/80) = 13/80th of the work .

∴  A and B together completes the work in 80/13 days or 6(2/13) days.
