Step-by-step explanation:

Because the polynomial is in the form of

ax^2 + bx + c

where a = 1 , b = p+1 , c = q

then,

c = the product of zroes × a

c = 2 × (-3) × 1

c = -6

q = -6

I hope this will help U ☺
