Hiii!!!

Here's Ur answer...

ATQ, length of the rectangle is 4m less than 3 times it's breadth (width).

Let the breadth of the rectangle be x.

Therefore length of the rectangle = 3x - 4

Perimeter of the rectangle = 32m

==> 2 ( l + b ) = 32m

==> 2 ( 3x - 4 + x ) = 32m

==> 4x - 4 = 32/2

==> 4x - 4 = 16

==> 4x = 16 + 4

==> 4x = 20

==> x = 20/4

==> x = 5

Hence, breadth of the rectangle = x

= 5m

Length of the rectangle = 3x - 4

= 3 × 5 - 4

= 15 - 4

= 11m

Hope this helps..!!
