Hey mate !!
Here's the answer !!
We know that,
Density = Mass / Volume
1 kg = 1000 g
1 l = 1000 cm³
Therefore in the question they have asked density in g / cm³. Therefore by conversion process we get,
5 l = 5 * 1000 cm³ = 5000 cm³
4 kg = 4 * 1000 g = 4000 g
Therefore Density = 4000 g / 5000 cm³
=> Density = 4 g / 5 cm³ ( Cancelling out the zeros )
=> Density = 0.8 g / cm³
Hope my answer helped !!
Cheers !!

Given,
volume:5liters=5000cm³
mass:4kg=4000g
A/Q
density=mass/volume
density=4000/5000
density=0.8gcm³
hence,density of alcohol is 0.8gcm³
