Here , We proving two things that the larger the surface exposed larger will be the evaporation as in the case water kept in china dish .
Second thing is that on a rainy day number of the vapours present in atmosphere is already more so the rate of evaporation is decreases on a rainy day if u do the same experiment . the rate of evaporation is more when we put both the sample under fan in normal condition . The water of dish evaporate earlier than that of test tube .
