Answers
Answer:
The countries where elections are held regularly but they cannot be considered as democratic countries are China and Mexico.
In China, elections are held after every five years for the parliament called the National People’s Congress. It has 3000 members and some of its members are elected by the army.
Only members of the Communist Party are allowed to contest for elections. The government I always formed by the communist party which makes it undemocratic.
In Mexico, The PRI always wins elections because the opposition did not contest and never managed to win. All those who were employed in the government office had to attend party meeting.
The media was also biased in Mexico and sometimes the polling booths were shifted from one place to another that made it difficult for people to cast their votes.
