5. Rishi took some grains of boiled rice in test tube A and Paheli took some grains of boiled and chewed rice in test tube B. Both of them poured 1-2 drops of iodine solution in test tubes and observed. Test tube A shows the change in colour to blue black. Test tube B did not show any colour change.
