1 mole of sugar contain 12 mole of C, 22 mole of hydrogen, 11 mole of oxygen

so for total atoms we have to use formula of total atoms

i. e. Total atoms = Na atoms × atomicity

total atoms in hydrogen = 22 Na atoms

total atoms in oxygen = 11 Na atoms

total atom of carbon = 12 Na atoms

total no. of atom in sugar = ( 12+ 22+ 11) Na atoms

= 45 Na atom

[here Na = avogadro no. ]
