Given :

Radii of 2 cylinders are in ratio = 2 : 3

Ratio of their height = 5 : 3

To Find :

Ratio of their curved surface area's = ?

SoluTion :

Let us consider that radii be 2x and 3x also, height be 5yand 3y .

So,

Ratio of their curved surface area(CSA) :

rh/RH

2x × 5y / 3x × 3y

10xy/9xy

➝ 10/9

Therefore, ratio of their curved surface area is 10 : 9 .
