let the digit at 10th place =3x

then the digit at one’s ploace=3x*2/3=2x

sum of the digits

=2x+3x=10

5x=10,x=2

so digit at 10s place=3x=6

digit at one’s place=2x=4

hence the number=64

Therefore the required number is 64
