Answer: Weight of any object will be maximum in a medium which has low density. Because apperant weight of the object ;W =actual weight of the object —buoyant force on the object.

Buoyant force =volume Of the object x density of the medium.

If density of the medium is minimum then buoyant force will also be minimum.

Then apperant weight of object W will be maximum (evident from the above equation).
