There are three cars-A, B, and C.
a) Car A covers 100 metre in 4 seconds.
b) Car B covers 200 metre in 5 seconds.
c) Car C covers 300 metre in 6 seconds.
i. Which car has the highest speed among the three cars ? Also write its
ii. How much time will car B take to complete a distance of 600 metre?
iii. How far will the car C run in 2 minutes?

a) car C has the highest speed. S=d/t ---›S=300/6 ---›S = 50m/s

b) since car B takes 5seconds to cover a distance of 200 m . so here car B has speed of 40m/s and distance here is 600m.

S= d/t

40=600/t

40t= 600

t= 600/40

t = 15s

c) since car C has speed of 50m/s. and time here is 2mins or 120 second.

S = d/t

50= d / 120

d = 120*50

d = 6000m
