5. Verify a-(-b) = a + b for the following values of a and b.

Putting the values-

a-(-b) = a + b

3-(-(-5)) = 3 + (-5)

3 - 5 = 3 - 5

-2 = -2

b)  a = 18, b=25​

Putting the values-

a-(-b) = a + b

18-(-25) = 18 + 25

18+25 = 18 + 25

43 = 43

Hence, proved.
