1.First of all when you make up your mind of becoming emotionally, mentally stronger,we must have to stop living in the past,you must have to throw away those thoughts that makes you weak.
2.Smile,laugh as you can because it help you to strengthen your lungs ,heart , emotions.
3.You must be proud of what you are ,you must embrace yourself,it will give you strength to face any situation.
4.Sometimes when you feel down,you must not think it's a sign of weakness or you must not hide your emotions but instead of sheltering your emotions embrace them for what they are.
5.You must stop judging yourself,it will not help you in anything but can make you feel worse about yourself.
6.Always think positive because when you believe good things happen ,you also tend to work towards making them happen.
