‘Arbindo Ghosh’ was the pioneer of the armed revolution in Gujarat.
Aurobindo Ghosh was the leader of the armed revolution in Gujarat, but he continued to play his role behind the scenes. He put forward his brother Barinder Kumar Ghosh for this movement.
Aurobindo Ghosh was a revolutionary of India, who waged a revolutionary movement for the independence of India against the British. Although he was educated in the English environment and went to get higher education in England due to his father's English attachment, but despite receiving much western education, he did not lose his attachment to his country India, his motherland. He joined there, an Indian revolutionary party in England without the knowledge of his father. After completing his education in England in 1892, he came to India and from here he started participating in the revolutionary movement against the British.
Arvind Ghosh first reached Gujarat in Gujarat's armed revolutionary movement and met Sakariya Swamy near the Narmada River there. Many Gujarati youth were involved in this movement and this movement was largely successful. The British government realized that the way of oppression of Indians could not be adopted.
