The acidic and basic radicals of water are mentioned

Acidic and basis radicals are the charged entities. Acidic radicals are the negatively charged ions while basic radicals are the positively charged ions.

The water has chemical formula H2O, which dissociates in ionic form into H+ or hydrogen ions and OH- or hydronium ions.

After removal of H+ ions, OH- ions will be left, which are the acidic radicals.

On removal of OH- ions, H+ will remain, which constitute basic radicals.
