We have given Equation: 5(x-5)= 4(x+4)
How to solve ?
Step 1: firstly we have to expand the terms by opening the brackets.
Step 2: Multiply each and every term and make Variable terms together and constant term together.
Step 3: Evaluate it and shifts all constant to constant side and let the Variable alone.
➙5(x-5)=4(x+4)
➙5x-25= 4x+16
solve for x
➙5x-4x-25= 16
➙x-25= 16
Solve for constant
➙x= 16+25
➙x=41
x= 41
Check:
➙5(x-5)=4(x+4)
➙5(41-5)= 4(41+4)
➙5× 36= 4×45
➙180=180
Hence,x= 41 satisfied terms of both sides.
Since,LHS = RHS(Verified)
