Age of geeta = x

Age of Kamla = y,

x-5 = 3(y-5)

=> x-3y = -10......(1)

and,

(x+10)= 2(y+10)

=> x-2y = 10....(2)

Equations (1) - (2)

we get,

-y = -20

=> y = 20,

by (1),

X -3×20 = -10

=> X = -10+60

=> X = 50

Age of geeta (x) = 50years

Age of Kamla (y) = 20years

age of kamla = y

Now, according to question;

x-5 = 3(y-5)

x-5 = 3y - 15

x - 3y = -10 ____(i)

and,

x+10 = 2(y+10)

x+10 = 2y +20

x-2y = 10 ____(ii)

subtracting (i) and (ii) we get,

-y = -20

=> y =20

and,

x = 50
