fathers age 35. and son age 15
let son's 5 year ago age be x
so his father's age will be 3x
after 5 years of present their age will be x+10 & 3x+ 10
according to question
2(x+10)=3x+10
=2x+20=3x+10
=20-10=3x-2x
=x=10
so x is Son's 5 year ago age
therefore his present age will be 10+5= 15
and his father's 5 year ago age is 3x which is 30
so his present age will be 35

Let the age of father and son be X and Y
Before 5 years age of father = X-5
Before 5 years age of son = Y-5
A/Q,
X-5 = 3(Y-5)
X-5 = 3Y-15
X-3Y= -15-5
X-3Y = -25
X = -25+3Y........(1)
After 5 years age of father = X+5
After 5 years age of son = Y+5
A/Q,
X+5 = 2(Y+5)
putting the value of X in,
X+5 = 2Y +10

SOLVE THIS YOU WILL GET THE AGE OF SON AFTER FINDING THE AGE OF SON PUT THE AGE OF SON IN -25+3Y..THEN YOU WILL GET THE AGE OF FATHER
