50 N of force is applied on an object through 5m at an angle of 75°,the body displaces 10 m.Calculate the work done.Give reasonsfor your answer.......

Ashu31: that's not the matter , let us ignore cos theta.
Ashu31: I know all the formulaes related to work.
pahiroy1221: but when an angle forms between force applied and displacement then we use w = fscostheta
Ashu31: let the force applied at an angle of 0°
pahiroy1221: then w = fs cos theta ...w=50*5*1 = 250 j 
Ashu31: But the displacement is 10m

danishjoshi111: i think Ashutosh should specify the mass of the object .
Ashu31: Danishjoshi111 consider the mass to be 10 kg.and if it is not specified u can take it as a variable......(m)..
