HEY MATE HERE YOUR ANSWER IS...

Time is relative and DOES stop in our universe. Photons are frozen in time, from their viewpoint. As mind-bending as it seems, to a photon no time has passed between leaving a distant star and reaching your retina.

Second, time is but another dimension.
If a multi-dimensional being had a look at our universe, it could see all points in time all at once, one next to another, like frames on a film reel. Past, present, future, all of it would be there. The very idea of time would make no sense to that being.

With that out of the way - if time stopped for 5 seconds, curious things could happen depending on which frame of reference you decide to take....

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU..✌ ✌
IF SO THAN MARK IT AS BRAINLYT...

Hello mate,here is your answer!

I think everyone here is overthinking it, except for one particular poster, Murray Godfrey.  It's an entirely theoretical question; so you have to *read* the question in such a way that it makes sense.  I can only guess at the questioner's real intent.  If I am guessing correctly, I read it thusly:

allowing another (constant speed of particles/waves of light) to keep going.  According to Einstein, time & light are inextricably related, meaning time can't stop without stopping light.  We'd have to assume our Hero Hiro would not be blind if time stopped because light would stop moving and thus he wouldn't see anything.

Photons are unaffected by time, so what would they be doing during the five seconds of stillness? If they carried on as usual, ripples would go through entire universe. A disturbance in the Force, if you will, with unpredictable consequences. That, and a lot of overexposed selfies. If time stopped for 5 seconds, you wouldn't even notice it, so you can't time it.

Because according to the theory of relativity, you can shrink time, you can bend time, but you CAN'T go back in time or stop it in this 3 dimensional space. It will destroy the balance “of nature”. It only goes in one "direction": forward.

Hope it helps you.
