now, what are its importance ?
Answer:- 1. it provides nutrients to the body. Without good nutrition, our body is more prone to disease, infection, fatigue, and poor performance.

2. it as well as help to maintain a healthy body weight, provide energy, allow better sleep, and improve brain function.

3. people who eat more vegetables and fruits as part of an overall healthy diet are likely to have a reduced risk of some chronic diseases. 

4. it provides proper proportions of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water necessary to maintain good health.

5. The food we eat has a tremendous impact on the energy we have throughout the day. Nutrient-dense foods will digest and therefore be released into the system over a longer period of time.
