RIGHT TO SEFTY - we as a consumer have the right to be protected against the marketing of goods delivery of services that are hard to life and property producer need to be strictly follow the required safety rules and regulations .
RIGHT TO INFORM - consumers have the right to be inform about the goods and services they purchase. this inform include in ingredients used ,price, batch number ,date of manufacture ,expiry date ,and address of manufacture .
RIGHT TO CHOOSE - any consumer who receive service in whatever capacity regardless of age gender and nature of a service has a right to choose whether you continue to receive the service .
RIGHT TO SEEK REDRESSAL - consumer have the right to seek redressal against unfair trade practices and exploitation.
RIGHT TO REPRESENT - in 1986, Consumer Protection Act was passed by the government of India . this act was unable us, as consumers, to have the right to represent in the consumer courts .
