so as equations (1) and (3) are exactly identical

we can conclude that

these given simultaneous equations would have no solution ie slope of both lines would be equal ie graph of both equations would be parallel

ie a1/a2=b1/b2=c1/c2

so hence the given simultaneous equations have no solution
