Pancreatic juice contains a variety of inactive enzyme such as trypsinogen , chemotrypsinogen and carboxypeptidase which help in digestion of proteins like proteoses and peptones into dipeptides.

When the food passes through the stomach to the small intestine the pancreatic enzymes are released there and there is enzyme name trypsin which digests proteins.
