Then, 56℅ of x = 420.

=>
$(56 \div 100)x = 420 \\ x = 420 \times 100 \div 56 = 750$ students

56 % of X = 56/100 * X = 420
X=420*100/56= 30/4 * 100
= 30*25
=750 students
therefore total number of students in the school are 750
