5600 is not aperfect square. A perfect square is a nmbr that can be expressed as the product of two equal integers.

here is some case........
1. the last nmbr of 5600 is 0. is 0 in the list of nmbrs that are never perfect square.

2.split the nmbr up and each digit together :
5 + 6 + 0 + 0 = 11
if the answer is more than one digit, u would add each digiy of the answer together again:
1 + 1 = 2
2 is the not in the digital root that are always perfect square. we can conclude that 5600 is not a perfect square.
