heya......
 \frac{5a - 3}{5} =\frac{a - 2}{3} \\ 3(5a - 3) = 5(a - 2) \\ 15a - 9 = 5a - 10 \\ 15a - 5a = - 10 + 9 \\ 10a = - 1 \\ a = \: \: \frac{ - 1}{10}
hope it helps plz mark as brainliest

5a/5-3/5=a/3-2/3
 \frac{5a - 3}{5}  =  \frac{a - 2}{3}
3(5a-3)=5(a-2)
15a-9=5a-10
15a-5a=-10+9
10a=-1
a =  \frac{ - 1}{10}
