Negation in a sentence means that sentence has been describe in a negative connotation. There are various types of negation. Some of them are explained are given in above examples. 
In first sentence there is explicit negation (Aren't)
In second sentence its implicit negation (Misplaced)
In third sentence there is  non verbal negation (None)
In forth sentence it's non verbal negation (little)
In fifth sentence it's explicit negation (haven't)
