5m/6 + 3m/4 = 19/12

LCM of 6 and 4 is 12

(5m×2 + 3m×3) / 12 = 19/12

(10m + 9m) / 12 = 19/12

19m/12 = 19/12

m = 1

Answer:

 \frac{5m}{6}  +  \frac{3m}{4}  =  \frac{19}{12}

 \frac{5m \times 4 + 3m \times 6}{6 \times 4}  =  \frac{19}{12}

 \frac{20m + 18m}{30}  =  \frac{19}{12}

 \frac{38m}{30}  =  \frac{19}{12}

 \frac{19m}{15}  =  \frac{19}{12}

19m \times 12 = 19 \times 15

m =  \frac{19 \times 15}{19 \times 12}

m =  \frac{15}{12}

m =  \frac{5}{4}
