5x +   \frac{215}{3 \times 100}  = 4x + 60

 = 5x +  \frac{215}{300}  = 4x + 60
 =  \frac{215}{300} - 60  = 4x  - 5x
 =  \frac{43}{60} - 60  =  - x
 - x =  \frac{43 - 3600}{60}
 - x =   \frac{ - 3553}{60}
- cancel to both sides

x = 35.8833
