First take them out of the brackets like:
5x+2 +2-3x -x +3 +x+2
5x-3x-x+x + 2 +2 +3 +2

Answer:

(5x + 2)(2 - 3x)-(x - 3)(x + 2)

= (10x + 4 - 15x² - 6x) - (x² - 3x + 2x - 6)

= (4x + 4 - 15x²) - (x² - x - 6)

= 4x + 4 - 15x² - x² - x - 6

= 3x -2 - 16x²

= - (16x² - 3x + 2)
