HEY MATE!! THE ANSWER -

5x²-6x-2=0

Divide the eqn by 5

=> x²- 6/5 x -2/5 = 0

[ Now, multiply the coefficient of x by 1/2. So, it besomes 6/5×2 = 3/5]

=> x² -6/5 x +(3/5)² - (3/5)² - 2 = 0

=> (x - 3/5)² - (3/5)² - 2 =0

=> (x - 3/5)² = (3/5)² + 2

=> (x - 3/5)² = 9/25 + 2

=> (x - 3/5)² = 9+25/25 = 34/25

=> (x - 3/5) = ±√34/5

If (x - 3/5) = +√34/5,

x = 3/5 + √34/5

x = (3+√34)/5

If (x - 3/5) = -√34/5

x = 3/5 - √34/5

x = (3-√34)/5

Thus, the roots of the eqn are (3±√34)/5.

HOPE IT HELPED!
