5x+3=4/3(1+x)

taking 3 in the denominator to the other side

3(5x+3)=4(1+x)

15x + 9 = 4 + 4x

11x = -5

x= -5/11

5x+3 = 4/3(1+x)

5x = 4/3-3(1+x)

x = 4/3-3/5(1+x)

x = -1/3(1+x)

x = -1/3×-1/3x

x² = 1/3

x = (1/3)²

 <font color= red> x = 1/9
