multiply 2nd equation by 3

5(5x-3y=14)

3(3x-5y=2)

25x-15y=70 - 3rd equation

9x-15y=6 - 4th equation

subtract 3rd equation from 4th equation

25x-15y=70-(9x-15y=6)

16x=64

x=4

put the value of x in 1st equation

5x-3y=14

5(4)-3y=14

20-3y=14

20-14=3y

6=3y

y=2
